The villa has 6 suites (5 x king & 1 x king/twin) hosting up to 12 adults, in independent cottages throughout the property.

Palm Cottage is the only cottage with 2 bedrooms and has a connecting pantry kitchen and terrace.

The extensive views from the Great Room and dining gazebo are spectacular throughout the day and into sunset.

There is a media room with a good size desk and printer for working, as well as a large TV and reading area.

The property is on the Caribbean side of the island so protected from the strong winds and wilder weather.

The Great Room is the social hub of Sea Fan, a large sitting and dining area, which opens out onto a large stone-clad terrace.

With no doors on the west side the spaces flow from indoor to out, a very Mustique experience.

The pool is surrounded by a cabana, sunbeds, loungers and an outdoor dining table.

Ensconced by greenery, the deck has fantastic views over the playing fields, Endeavor Bay, Bequia and St Vincent.

This is an excellent space for focussed working, quiet reading, snoozing and watching movies.

A printer and basic office supplies are available.

The closest suite to the Great Room, the Master Suite consists of the bedroom, bathroom, dressing area, terrace and outdoor bamboo shower.

Light, airy and spacious in feel this suite feels luxurious yet very relaxed.

Completely private, separated by planting and garden pathways, the cottage is spacious with a walk-through dressing room and large walk-in shower.

The large outdoor area has a swing chair, dining table, sunbeds and stone shower.

A unique and special suite, this room is octagon in shape with an adjoining dressing room and bathroom.

The deck is surrounded by greenery so feels quite private, with an outdoor shower and excellent views.

Originally this was the art studio of previous owner Patsy Fisher who built the key parts of the house in the 1970s.

The bedrooms is bright and cosy with ensuite bathroom, sun-deck terrace and outdoor shower.

Palm Cottage is self-contained cottage and offers total independence for parents or nanny with children - or guests seeking a private experience.

Each bedroom has a compact ensuite bathroom, a pantry kitchen is situated between the bedrooms, an terrace and vehicle parking area.

Sea Fan cottages are located across the scope of the landscape, with parking at both top and bottom of the property.
