The Story of Sea Fan
Sea Fan was largely built by early adopters of Mustique - Bud and Patsy Fisher - who set about building their dream home.
Patsy was an artist, painting and adding her creative touch into the house. The Studio bedroom was once her arts space.
New Ownership
In 2022 the Goodman Family purchased Sea Fan and set about bring the property back to its former glory.
A sensitive approach was taken, using local stone and replicating original techniques, pouring love back into the property.
The end result was Sea Fan looking updated and fresh - but as if it was always meant to be this way.
The Gardens
After renovating the cottages the team moved on to the landscape. Sea Fan has a large plot, with garden paths and forest connecting all the buildings.
New extended decks, balustrades, pergolas and outdoor showers were created to make each cottage feel like its own mini villa.
Our Next Chapter
After completing the building and landscape works we were ready to share this wonderful villa with family, friends and guests.
