6 Bedrooms, up to 12 adults price per week:

1st May 2026 to 18th Dec 2026 - US $36,000

4th Jan 2026 to 30th April 2026 - US $45,000

Rates for stays over Christmas and New Year are available on request.

Butler, Chef, House-keepers x 2, Gardener

Vehicles :

Kawasaki mules x 2

Additional Information :

All prices are subject to 11% government tax and a 12% island fee.

Rates do not include connecting flights, food or drinks.

A discretionary staff tip of 5% – 10% is recommended.
